Job Description

For more info and eligibility criteria, see this link.About the RoleThe Business Operations Intern will support the team in day-to-day operational activities, client onboarding support, documentation management, and administrative coordination. This internship provides hands-on exposure to business operations within a financial services environment, offering practical experience in process coordination, compliance support, and cross-department collaboration.ResponsibilitiesAssist in supporting KYC due diligence and client onboarding activities, ensuring documentation is collected and maintained in line with regulatory and internal requirements.Support the preparation, scanning, storage, and updating of client records, ensuring accurate and secure uploading to the KYC platform.Assist in maintaining compliance alignment by supporting documentation handling in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines, under supervision.Support the onboarding process by coordinating document collection, following up on pending requirements, and helping reduce delays.Assist in preparing and organizing client reports, including investment updates and portfolio summaries, for internal review and client circulation.Identify incomplete or inconsistent client information and elevate to relevant teams for timely resolution.Contribute to updating and maintaining the account opening checklist in coordination with Relationship Managers.Collaborate with Compliance, Client Services, and Relationship Management teams to support smooth onboarding activities.Provide general administrative and coordination support to the division, contributing to daily operational efficiency and learning exposure.QualificationsBachelor’s degree student or recent graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Basic understanding of financial services, investment products, or regulatory compliance is preferred.Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow guidance and instructions.Good communication skills in both English and ArabicProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and a high level of professionalism.Sidra Capital adheres to Saudi Arabia labor laws and is committed to providing equal opportunities for all candidates, including individuals with disabilities.
