Youll lead with purpose breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected compassionate world.A Day in the LifeThe Business Unit Manager Cardiovascular Therapies is responsible for driving revenue growth and sales performance of the cardiovascular portfolio. Reporting directly to the Country Director this role leads sales target achievement revenue planning forecasting accuracy stock governance distributor performance and strategic engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers.ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth sales targets and market share expansion for cardiovascular therapiesSet monitor and deliver annual quarterly and monthly sales targets with strong execution disciplineLead sales forecasting demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availabilityManage and optimize distributor performance including target setting reviews and corrective actionsDevelop and execute pricing and go-to-market strategies in line with business objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with KOLs key customers and institutional stakeholdersLead coach and develop a high-performing sales and commercial teamProvide regular revenue target and performance updates to the Country Director.Required Knowledge and Experience10 years of commercial leadership experience in pharmaceuticals medical devices or healthcareProven track record of delivering revenue growth and sales targets preferably in cardiovascular or specialty therapiesStrong experience in distributor-led sales models forecasting and inventory controlExcellent stakeholder management negotiation and leadership skills.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package.
