Our mission is to deliver fast, accurate, and clinically actionable diagnostic results by integrating cutting‑edge molecular technology with world‑class quality standards.Role OverviewThe Business Manager oversees the full management of AtoG Labs—operationally, commercially, and in all certification and compliance aspects. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, ensuring the lab operates as a scalable, profitable, and compliant centre of excellence in molecular and genetic testing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day‑to‑day operations across logistics, administration, client services, and support functions.Develop commercial strategies to grow partnerships with hospitals, medical groups, and diagnostic networks across the GCC.Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and cost control while driving revenue growth.Manage regulatory and accreditation processes for ISO 15189, CAP, and DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensure.Ensure operational compliance with molecular and clinical testing standards.Collaborate closely with the Lab Director to align technical excellence with commercial objectives.Implement business intelligence tools for operational monitoring and continuous improvement.Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a high‑performing team culture.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences.7+ years in healthcare operations, ideally within diagnostics, molecular, or clinical labs.Familiarity with lab accreditation and licensing standards (ISO, DHA, CAP).Strong financial planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities.Proven ability to grow business lines in competitive healthcare markets.Excellent English; Arabic a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
