The company specializes in providing technical solutions, equipment, and services to national and international oil companies, supporting complex energy projects across the region.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for the Artificial Lift product lineDevelop annual business plans, budgets, and performance forecasts aligned with strategic objectivesEnsure profitability, margin optimization, and cost efficiency across operationsOversee CAPEX planning for Artificial Lift Centers (ALCs), service facilities, and inventory managementLead marketing, sales, and tendering activities for ESP and Artificial Lift solutionsDirect tender bid preparation, including technical and commercial submissions and client negotiationsDevelop strategic partnerships and alliances with major operators and EPCs across Iraq and the wider regionMaintain strong market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirementsBuild, structure, and lead a high-performing operating team for ESP installation, service, and maintenanceOversee ALC operations, including workshop setup, service delivery, HSE compliance, and performance metricsDefine and implement best practices in service delivery, reliability, and quality managementCollaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to ensure timely project execution and quality assuranceEstablish and expand Artificial Lift operations into new geographies, including Iraq, Kurdistan, and North AfricaIdentify investment opportunities and emerging technologies to strengthen the company’s portfolioDevelop and execute long-term procurement and vendor strategies with key equipment manufacturersSupport the CEO in defining the organizational structure and long-term growth plan for the Artificial Lift divisionBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholdersLead strategic account management for major clients, ensuring delivery excellence and contract complianceRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade forumsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)Minimum 15 years of experience in senior or executive roles within ESP or Artificial Lift servicesProven track record with leading oilfield service companies such as SLB, Halliburton, Weatherford, Borets, Novomet, or Al KhoraefStrong technical understanding of ESP technologies, artificial lift system design, and field operationsExperience in establishing or managing Artificial Lift Service Centers and leading regional business expansionsIn-depth knowledge of tendering processes, contracting, and business development within oilfield servicesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsSolid financial and analytical capability to manage P&L and key business KPIsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsStrategic mindset with a hands-on management approachFluency in English; Arabic is an advantageWillingness to travel frequently across Iraq and the wider regionEmployee Benefits as per the UAE Labour Law#J-18808-Ljbffr
