Morgan in the region.As a Business Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting country business management and providing strategic support for the MENA franchise with a particular focus on MENA Investment Banking and the setup of RHQ in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with senior business managers drive key business initiatives and collaborate across lines of business and this role you will help shape strategy optimize performance and enable growth in a dynamic cross-regional environment. You will be empowered to innovate collaborate and make a meaningful impact.Job Responsibilities:Partner with senior business managers to support strategic initiatives and business priorities across MENA Investment Banking Global Banking and country-related projectsPrepare and deliver strategic analysis financial presentations and business reviews for senior managementDevelop tailored presentations on the MENA franchise for Townhalls senior visitors and regulators by collaborating across lines of businessAnalyze and report key business trends performance metrics and financial results to support decision-makingSupport the setup and ongoing maintenance of the RHQ operating model based in Saudi ArabiaTrack and report P&L expenses and headcount for the MENA franchise ensuring accurate monitoring and analysis of financial and operational metricsMaintain the deal pipeline for MENA Investment Banking partnering with bankers to monitor progress against revenue forecastsAnalyze external performance using Dealogic and other tools including competitor analysis and ensure consistency between internally earned fees and Dealogic creditIdentify opportunities for process improvement automation and dashboarding to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with Planning & Analysis risk legal compliance and control teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective risk managementChampion J.P.
