Business Lead (Treasury Management System)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Lead to join our team at Dicetek LLC.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and delegating project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Performing risk management to minimize project risks.Examining the progress of the work and maintaining the plans of the project to ensure that the results obtained are as per the standards of the project.Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Leading and motivating people, driving them towards successful achievements, providing coaching and support when needed, and creating a strong team spirit culture to boost internal productivity.Job Details:Seniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: ContractJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingDicetek LLC is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
