This role focuses on driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and marketexpansion for our business setup services. The ideal candidate will have provenexperience in B2B/B2C business development, strong consultative selling skills,and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a professionalservices environment.ResponsibilitiesDrivenew client acquisition and act as a trusted advisor for clients seekingbusiness setup, licensing, and growth solutions.Identifyopportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through research, networking,referrals, and partnerships.Conductdetailed consultations to understand client business goals and recommendtailored solutions.Developand execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.Prepareproposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service pricing.Maintainaccurate sales pipelines and client activity logs within CRM systems.Collaboratewith marketing to align campaigns, lead generation, and content withbusiness development goals.ClientAdvisory & Relationship ManagementProvideguidance on company formation, regulatory compliance, and operationalrequirements.Monitorclient satisfaction and ensure high retention and repeat business.Workclosely with internal teams (legal, PRO, operations) to ensure smoothexecution of client requirements.Contributeinsights and ideas for improving service offerings and client experience.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field (MBApreferred).Minimum2–5 years of proven experience in business development, consulting, orprofessional services.Demonstratedexperience in client acquisition, consultative selling, and revenuegrowth.Knowledgeof business setup, licensing, and corporate services is highly desirable.Strongconsultative sales and business development skills.Expertisein pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.Abilityto design and implement growth strategies.Proficiencyin CRM platforms and MS Office tools.Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Key BehavioursResults-drivenwith a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term clientrelationships.Strategicthinker with attention to detail and analytical capabilities.Collaborativeteam player who can also work independently.Non-Negotiable Skills / MustHavesProventrack record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.Experiencein B2B/B2C sales within professional or consulting services.Strongknowledge of business setup, licensing, and corporate advisory services.Abilityto provide consultative solutions and build long-term clientrelationships.Yearly performance based salary appraisal & promotion#J-18808-Ljbffr
