OverviewWhat will be your Mission?As part of the Strategy & Performance team, you will be in charge of supporting the following missions:ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of high-quality dashboards and analytical reports for various business functions across Kavak GCC.Ensure consistent performance reporting by establishing effective processes.Collaborate with international counterparts to apply and deploy best practice analytics techniques.Facilitate data-driven decision-making through regular and ad-hoc data analyses.Propose and implement process improvements across multiple business units.Create accurate and timely forecast models to ensure full visibility of sales and supply chains.Establish advanced KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking techniques to support the achievement of business objectives.RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency3+ years of experience in Performance & BI functions of corporate organizations, or Strategy consulting companies, or fast growth start-upsStrong background and experience in processing large datasets to generate insightsAbility to understand business needs, definitions and main performance indicators and deliver actionable insights & solutionsAdvanced knowledge in Excel and/or Google SheetsIntermediate to advanced knowledge in SQLProven skills working with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, DataStudio(Plus) Intermediate to Advanced Python (or similar programming language)Owner mentality: willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessaryBenefitsHealth insuranceLife insurancePreferential price for retail cars upon completion of probation period22 working days of holidaysFlexible work environment: At KAVAK, we value your well-being.
