Job Description

Position: Business Excellence & Engagement – Healthcare Field RoleLocation: Dubai and Northern EmiratesPosition PurposeThe purpose of the job is to lead the team and manage access program(s) in the region. The jobholder is required to help represent Axios in daily meetings with patients, doctors and carry out administrative duties which will be both field and office-based.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEffectively managing the team and managing access program(s) by liaising with hospitals, distributors, and pharmacies, and patientsMaintain consistent communication with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, dispensing providers, patients, charities, and any other relevant stakeholders.Maintain positive feedback from the stakeholders.Ensure that Axios scope of work is clearly communicated and understood among stakeholders.Communicate with all the stakeholders on behalf of the Axios when needed. Liaise with Axios Regional and HQ Teams as neededMonthly, quarterly and on-demand Client reportingEnsure that eligible patients are enrolled in the program(s) in a timely manner and in accordance with the project workflow and timelinesManagement of assessment of patients’ financial eligibility for the program(s), review all cases and approve financial classificationsCarry out home visits for patient classification, if neededEnsure that current patients receive their drugs quickly and efficientlyPrepare timely monitoring reports (monthly) with patient numbers and logistics as well as quality assurance reports (quarterly) for internal review. This includes monitoring and tracking patient files in collaboration with Axios staff in “real time” as patients proceed through the program(s)Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality assurance dataAttending and completing Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, and Product Training provided by the Client with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety dataReporting any adverse events/product complaints as per the client’s requirements and/or Axios SOPPsConduct administrative duties for the officeRelationshipsSupervise and work closely with the team in the regionWork with project team leaders as well as the related divisions of AxiosMaintain ongoing and frequent communication with project team leaders including Axios regional and global staffEducational Background and ExperienceAt least 2-5 years of professional experience working in nursing and/or the healthcare sector is idealExcellent command of both spoken and written EnglishExcellent communication skillsExperience in data monitoring and management is an advantageExperience coordinating and handling logistics/supply chain is a plusExperience in communication service managementIn lieu of working experience, a demonstrated passion for philanthropy through volunteer involvement is also a plusJob CircumstancesThe position is based in our regional office, and it requires frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and partners which may be outside your designated region.Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
