Saatchi & Saatchi is part of Publicis Communications, a key division of Publicis Groupe, the world’s third largest communications group.OverviewThe Business Director role builds client relationships, manages a team, and collaborates with senior leadership and agency departments to deliver strategic, operational, and creative excellence. You will lead major accounts, drive new business proposals, mentor team members, and shape the agency’s vision to attract and grow business.ResponsibilitiesLead client conversations and work closely with Business Leads to ensure excellence in strategy, creative, and production.Oversee strategy, planning, creative execution, and production for all assigned client accounts, translating business needs into creative challenges and ensuring timely delivery milestones.Establish trust as a client advisor and industry expert, demonstrating deep category knowledge.Define scope, allocate resources, and deliver on financial targets for the current year.Support business development reports and engage group resources when appropriate.Maintain quality control, nurture client relationships, and set the annual strategic roadmap for business transformation.Ensure brand strategy, messaging, and deliverables are consistent across planning to rollout.Oversee day‑to‑day workstreams, fostering collaboration across senior team members, strategy, and creative colleagues.Guide the team through project plans, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Drive client business transformation, innovation, and integrated communication solutions, breaking down silos across verticals.Maintain a profitable client P&L and commercial tracking, forecasts, and numbers.Inspire, mentor, and develop team capabilities.Qualifications10+ years of experience with a track record in creative, brand, digital, social, and data‑driven marketing projects in creative agencies, focused on healthcare communication.Experience in a client‑facing leadership role.Management experience leading a team.Strong fluency in Arabic and English.Excellent understanding of end‑to‑end communication ecosystem and healthcare industry trends.Experience in planning, strategy, managing, and activating multichannel campaigns.BA degree (or equivalent).Additional InformationJob ID: R‑3712L‑1170.Employment DetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustry: Advertising Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
