In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our business development workshops, including planning, organizing, and executing workshops to promote our products and services to potential clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and ensure the success of our workshops.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and organize business development workshops to promote our products and services to potential clientsDealing with UAE insurance CompaniesDevelop workshop agendas, presentations, and materials in collaboration with the sales and marketing teamsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of workshopsIdentify and target potential workshop attendees based on their interests and needsConduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for workshopsMonitor and track workshop attendance and feedback to measure the success and effectiveness of workshopsPrepare and present reports on workshop performance and provide recommendations for improvementCollaborate with the sales team to follow up with workshop attendees and convert leads into customersStay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure our workshops are relevant and engagingManage budget and resources for workshops, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and efficiencyTrain and supervise workshop staff to ensure high‑quality delivery of workshopsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in business development - Only WorkshopProven track record of organizing successful workshops or eventsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and event management softwareKnowledge of the local market and industry trendsFluency in English, both written and verbalValid driver's license and willingness to travel for workshopsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic and innovative organization.
