Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Specialist with a strong understanding ofdigital marketing to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. This is a high-impact rolefocused on driving agency revenue through client acquisition, relationship building, andidentifying new opportunities in the market. You'll act as the first point of contact forpotential clients, represent our services with clarity and confidence, and help expandDMS’s footprint in the UAE and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn,networking, and inbound lead follow-upConduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ marketing needs andposition DMS as the ideal solutionCollaborate with internal teams to tailor pitches, proposals, and servicepackages for each leadOwn and manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing deals andonboarding new clientsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain CRM records, track performance, and generate sales activity reportsAttend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand presenceand strengthen relationshipsWork closely with the strategy team to ensure client objectives are wellunderstood and deliveredRequired Qualifications & SkillsArabic-speaking candidates preferred due to regional market focusMinimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digitalmarketing agency or advertising firmSolid knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, socialmedia, content marketing, branding, and performance adsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsConfident in using tools such as CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, andGoogle WorkspaceA self-starter with a proactive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and client-first mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
