OverviewBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEShipa Delivery is an online platform that makes it easier for businesses and consumers to send and receive parcels within the GCC. Our expanding operation connects users with a network of delivery assets and services via mobile apps and online business dashboards. We make collection of packages within one hour a reality, along with a choice of on-demand, same-day, next-day, and cross-border delivery services. Shipa Delivery's technology stack provides real-time parcel tracking via GPS; and for businesses, an integrated solution to streamline last-mile logistics and automate delivery management.Role SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support the growth of our services and customer base. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and build a career in business development. The role involves supporting lead generation, assisting with client acquisition, and helping maintain relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, support sales activities, and ensure a smooth customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the business development team in promoting company services across relevant marketsAssist in identifying potential customers and generating new business leadsHelp build and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsSupport new customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teamsAssist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentationsMaintain and update sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM or internal systemsCollect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teamsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service deliveryParticipate in meetings, site visits, and networking activities as requiredStay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activitiesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a similar roleStrong interest in sales, client management, and relationship buildingExposure to e-commerce, retail, logistics, or B2B environments is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
