This is a heavily onsite, customer-facing role that also involves joint venture (JV) establishment and management.</p><h3>Designation: Business Development / Sales Manager</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Strategic Leadership&Business Growth</h3><ul><li>Lead the go-to-market strategy for AI-driven solutions, driving sales, partnerships, and market penetration in the GCC region.</li><li>Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.</li><li>Establish and implement a strategic roadmap with clear performance milestones.</li><li>Foster an entrepreneurial culture, positioning the business as a leading AI solutions provider in the region.</li></ul><h3>Sales&Market Expansion</h3><ul><li>Own the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales engagement.</li><li>Engage directly with clients to present AI solutions, consulting services, and digital transformation strategies.</li><li>Utilize a strong industry network to accelerate business development.</li><li>Drive strategic partnerships and high-value negotiations that align with the company’s long-term vision.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the JV, ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations.</li><li>Develop and execute a JV business strategy, collaborating with board members and executives from both organizations.</li><li>Lead structured monthly board meetings to track progress, align on strategy, and drive execution.</li><li>Engage shareholders from both investors to build strong relationships, establish trust, and enhance visibility.</li><li>Oversee annual business planning, funding initiatives, and investment decisions.</li></ul><h3>Customer&Industry Engagement</h3><ul><li>Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, expanding market reach.</li><li>Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, and Technical) to tailor solutions to customer needs.</li></ul><h3>What we're looking for</h3><ul><li>Proven sales and business development experience in technology, AI, or digital solutions, preferably within the UAE.</li><li>Proven track record in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales support.</li><li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building and scaling a business.</li><li>Experience in joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or investor relations is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE and GCC markets.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex AI solutions clearly.</li><li>High-level negotiation skills with a history of securing major contracts.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, and AI-driven prospecting tools.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.</li><li>B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, IT Sales, Technology Sales, Solutions Sales, Solution Selling.</li><li>Data Science, Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI,</li></ul><
