This is your chance to<b>build meaningful relationships</b>,<b>travel internationally</b>, and shape the future of how world-leading companies manage safety and integrity -<b>all while advancing your own growth in a high-impact, high-reward environment</b>.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Build qualitative and quantitative pipeline to support the overall revenue target</li><li>Identify and research potential enterprise clients in oils&gas, chemical industries</li><li>Conduct outbound outreach: (emails, calls, LinkedIn, events) to generate qualified leads</li><li>Build and manage your pipeline in<b>HubSpot</b>, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Marketing and other teams to transition opportunities</li><li>Develop and refine market entry strategies</li><li>Use tools like<b>Sales Navigator</b>,<b>Gong</b>, and<b>Global Data</b>to gather insights and drive targeted outreach</li><li>Collaborate with the Revenue Growth team in operating on international scale</li><li>Represent<b>Cenosco</b>at global industry events, workshops, and meetups</li></ul><h3>What You'll Need</h3><ul><li><b>5+ years</b>of B2B sales or business development experience in<b>MEA</b>or<b>APAC</b>region</li><li>Professional experience in navigating growth in<b>Oil&Gas</b>,<b>Chemical</b>or<b>Petrochemical</b>industries with<b>SaaS</b>software as a product</li><li>Experience navigating mid- to enterprise-level deal environments (100k–5M ARR range)</li><li>Solid command of sales CRM, market mapping and automation tools</li><li>A go-getter mindset – proactive, persistent, and positive.
