Job Title: Business Development RepresentativeJob role:We are looking for a Business Development Representative to work closely with our core teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential (and existing) customers via various channels - website, chat, phone, meetings, trade shows, virtual trade shows, online forums, social media, etc.It is an added advantage if you have experience in developing leads independently & meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.ResponsibilitiesQualify leads from various campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients via phone and emails & other channelsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account ExecutivesBuild reports to present to the manager.Stay up-to‑date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansBuild & use well‑written proposals & sales documents to pitch to potential clientsRequirementsProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role in the digital, IT, Cloud, Web Hosting related industry.Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)Track record of achieving sales quotasExperience with CRM systems.Fluency in English + a bonus with other languagesUnderstanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsAEserver is seeking bright, open-minded & proactive team members and offers comprehensive, competitive packages along with a hassle‑free working environment that is made of a hybrid system, i.e a mix of office, work from home & even remote working.#J-18808-Ljbffr
