You won\'t just be following a script; you\'ll be the one opening doors, shaping partnerships, and launching pilots across Qatar and MENA.Establish Industry Dominance:You will lead the charge in making Roamless the default connectivity partner for the region\'s biggest sectors, including banks, airlines, travel platforms, and major enterprises.A "Builder" Career Path:This is not a "support" role. It is a high-autonomy, high-speed position designed for someone who wants to own their territory and has a clear path toward becoming a regional BD lead as we scale to 100+ people.What You'll DoContribute to business development in Qatar and to partnerships expansion across MENABuild and manage a live pipeline of partners (banks, airlines, travel platforms, enterprises, events)Lead outbound efforts: research, outreach, discovery calls, and follow-upsQualify opportunities and structure partnership models (affiliate, reseller, co-branded, employee offers, pilots)Coordinate pilots and launches with internal teams (product, growth, ops)Maintain partner relationships post-signing to ensure momentum and growthFeed market insights back into product and growth teamsHelp shape a repeatable BD playbook for the regionWhat You'll BringStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCommercial instinct and curiosity about how businesses make moneyStructured thinking and follow-throughComfort engaging with senior stakeholdersGrit, ownership, and resilience in ambiguous environmentsFluency in English; Arabic is a strong plusCommand of CRM softwareBonus points if you have:A baseline understanding of how telcos and e SIM technology work, or the curiosity to become an expert quickly.Technical Fluency: Comfort discussing API or technical integration concepts with potential partners.Location & ContractWe are a fully remote team, however, for this role, we are looking for someone based in Doha, Qatar or someone willing to relocateFull-time positionRoamless is an equal opportunity employer.
