Business Development Officer

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns), networking and social media outreach.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to identify target sectors and potential clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their localisation needs and recommending appropriate solutions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders at different levels.</li><li>Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Project Management and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for new clients.</li><li>Track and report sales activities, forecast pipelines and performance against targets using the CRM.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends, language technology and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for service development.</li></ul><h3><b>Preferable who has vendor registrations and PQ experiences with Aramco/SABIC/SEC</b></h3><h3>Required Skills&Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or account management; experience in language services or localisation is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.</li><li>Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office; experience with ATS or sales automation tools is beneficial.</li><li>Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach to clients.</li><li>Self‑motivated, target‑driven and organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
