The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting projects that strengthen BMC’s local and international footprint.</p><p>This role requires a professional communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, capable of driving initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and initiate strategic partnership opportunities aligned with BMC’s vision and growth strategy.</li><li>Support the CBDO and Director of Business Development in preparing<b>business proposals, strategic plans, presentations, MOUs, and official correspondence</b>.</li><li>Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and benchmarking to support new academic and vocational programs.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders (academic departments, training units, and corporate functions) to ensure smooth execution of development projects.</li><li>Assist in managing relationships with<b>government bodies, healthcare institutions, education providers, NGOs, and private sector partners</b>.</li><li>Track and analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities within healthcare education and training sectors.</li><li>Prepare periodic<b>reports, dashboards, and KPI updates</b>for ongoing initiatives.</li><li>Represent BMC in<b>external meetings, events, sponsorship activities, and conferences</b>, ensuring a professional and polished image.</li><li>Manage assigned projects using<b>recognized project management practices</b>, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.</li><li>Identify, propose, and support sponsorship and revenue-generation opportunities.</li><li>Provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support to ensure smooth departmental operations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration</b>, or related field.</li><li>Minimum<b>5 years of experience</b>in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles—preferably within<b>higher education, healthcare, or training sectors</b>.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of<b>Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)</b>and stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.</li><li><b>Excellent command of spoken and written English</b>(mandatory).</li><li>Strong professional presence and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.</li><li>Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
