We are working with a tier 1 architecture and design client to recruit a Business Development Manager for their recently opened Dubai office. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the next chapter of their work across the UAE and wider GCC.The client is a globally renowned practice with a reputation for delivering world‑class architecture, urbanism, landscape, product, and interior design projects that transform ideas into spaces that improve how people live, work, and connect.About the RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will be a key part of the Dubai office, working closely with the Senior Partner and reporting to the Managing Director. You will lead project pursuits, cultivate client relationships, and identify opportunities where the practice’s design vision can have real impact. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and creativity, offering exposure to a variety of projects across sectors and typologies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new opportunities across the UAE and wider GCCLead multiple project pursuits from initial engagement to acquisitionBuild strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and collaboratorsGuide proposal and interview processes alongside the central Bid and Commercial ManagerDevelop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that communicate the practice’s design visionHost and engage potential clients in the Dubai office with the Senior PartnerExpand the practice’s presence into new submarkets, regions, and disciplinesRepresent the practice at conferences and industry events shaping the future of citiesTrack market activity and maintain CRM systems with regular updatesCandidate ProfileCurious about cities, people, and the forces shaping the built environmentExperienced in leading conversations, building relationships, and communicating ideas persuasivelyHighly organized, strategic, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyUnderstands the architecture project lifecycle, from vision to deliveryQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field5+ years in business development or strategic roles within architecture, urban design, or the built environment in the GCCStrong understanding of GCC project procurement and delivery processesExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and CRM systemsFluency in English and ArabicThis is an exciting opportunity to join a tier 1 international practice at a pivotal stage of growth in the region.#J-18808-Ljbffr
