Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Operations to manage a team of Key Account Managers . The role requires driving seller performance on an ecommerce platform through strategic relationship management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) handling e-commerce sellers Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team Maintain team motivation and discipline while ensuring performance benchmarks are met Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3) Minimum 4 years of experience in KAM/RE (Relationship Executive) processes Minimum 1 year of team handling experience Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Proven leadership skills with ability to drive results through team E-commerce domain experience preferred
