Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.Are you ready to love your job?The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.PURPOSEThis person is responsible for promoting SITA FOR AIRCRAFT’s products and solutions to drive growth with existing customers and reach new customers in the aviation market (Airlines). Candidate will be tasked with uncovering, pursuing, and closing deals in assigned geography and/or accounts. This position is meant for an established professional that can deliver results in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver yearly new business growth.Working with all relevant stakeholders to develop the solution target market, the unique value proposition and the differentiators.Promoting value and benefit of the solutions/product to customers.Acting as an authority to advise customers on the best match between SITA FOR AIRCRAFT solutions and business requirements.Identifying customer needs/drivers and providing feedback to SITA FOR AIRCRAFT Product Teams about solution requirements, issues and challenges to drive the market.Managing and maintaining excellent business relationships in assigned region.QualificationsEXPERIENCEMinimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the aviation/aerospace market.Strong understanding to be a Subject matter expert in Airline Operations Applications, Flight Operations, Efficiency and Optimization as well as Aircraft Communications.Experience selling solutions for the airline market in areas of Flight Operations solutions.Proven experience working in complex, multi‑cultural and highly matrixed organizations.Experience of interfacing directly with senior levels of management internally and externally.Proven experience in a customer‑facing position and establishing customer relationships.Knowledge & SkillsOutstanding external and internal communication skills.Competitive knowledge of industry.Airline operations and applications product / solution knowledge.Airline operations processes experience.Strong consultative approach.Commercially minded, driven by results.Team player.Education & QualificationsSolid academic qualifications are preferred in both technical and commercial domains, or equivalent business experience.What We OfferWe’re all about diversity.
