Business Development Manager – Security&Surveillance

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales of security and surveillance solutions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Build relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and end users.</li><li>Promote and sell security and surveillance solutions.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.</li><li>Prepare proposals, follow up on quotations, tenders, and projects.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and support market expansion.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and market trends.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in sales or business development in the<b>security, CCTV, surveillance, ELV, or low-current industry</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.</li><li>Good network with key clients, integrators, consultants, or distributors in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Fluent in<b>Arabic and English</b>.</li><li>Saudi driving license and willingness to travel if required.</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience with CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, VMS, analytics, or integrated security solutions.</li><li>Experience in project sales and tenders in Saudi Arabia</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Results-driven</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Strong relationship builder</li><li>Professional and confident</li><li>Able to work independently</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
