Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across corporate gifting, retail partnerships, events, and strategic collaborations within a premium bakery and floral gifting environment. The role focuses on developing new business channels, managing key corporate relationships, and expanding market presence across the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and secure new business opportunities across corporate gifting, events, and partnershipsDevelop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hospitality groups, and lifestyle brandsDrive bulk-order opportunities for seasonal hampers, branded gifting solutions, customized bakery products, and floral arrangementsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective B2B clientsCorporate Sales & Key Account ManagementAcquire and manage corporate accounts across the UAE marketPrepare proposals, quotations, and tailored gifting solutionsNegotiate commercial agreements and pricing structuresEnsure strong client retention through relationship management and service delivery coordinationPartnerships & Channel ExpansionIdentify collaboration opportunities with retail outlets, cafés, lifestyle stores, and mallsSupport development of kiosk placements and pop-up opportunitiesExplore strategic alliances with event agencies and gifting platformsStrengthen brand visibility through partnerships and activationsSeasonal Campaigns & Event SalesLead corporate gifting initiatives during key seasonal campaigns such as Ramadan, Eid, National Day, Valentine's Day, and year-end festive periodsSupport wedding and private-event sales opportunitiesCoordinate customized gifting solutions aligned with client requirementsRevenue Ownership & Market IntelligenceAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsTrack sales pipeline performance and forecast business growthMonitor competitor activity and identify emerging market opportunitiesProvide insights to leadership on expansion strategiesRequirementsMandatoryBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline3–6 years of UAE experience in business development or corporate salesExperience within gifting, bakery, floral, hospitality, retail, or events sectorsStrong exposure to B2B client acquisition and relationship managementPreferredExisting UAE corporate client networkExperience managing seasonal campaign-based sales cyclesFamiliarity with CRM toolsValid UAE driving licenseKey CompetenciesCorporate relationship developmentNegotiation and closing capabilityPartnership-building mindsetTarget-driven performance orientationMarket awareness within UAE gifting and lifestyle sectorsStrong communication and presentation skillsKPIsNew corporate accounts acquiredRevenue target achievement (monthly / quarterly)Seasonal campaign contributionClient retention rateStrategic partnership conversions#J-18808-Ljbffr
