Their platform delivers proven increases in conversion rates through smart on-site engagement tools including exit-intent overlays web push notifications personalised banners and dynamic messaging all designed to turn abandoning visitors into paying customers.The RoleAs a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in leading the companys expansion in Dubai with additional responsibility for supporting growth across the UK and Europe. You will focus on mid-to-large online retailers and e-commerce brands introducing them to a powerful slit of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) solutions that deliver measurable revenue uplift.This is a full-cycle sales position: youll prospect book meetings run discovery calls deliver tailored demos negotiate contracts and onboard new clients successfully.What You Will BringAt least 2 years proven experience in B2B sales or novelty in business development (ideally SaaS martech or e-commerce solutions)A genuine interest in digital / performance marketing and affiliate channelsDemonstrable legacy in managing and closing a sales pipelineConfidence presenting and selling to senior decision-makers (e-commerce directors heads of marketing CEOs)Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and the ability to spot and convert opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a strong advantage)Data-driven mindset comfortable reading reports and using insights to shape conversationsCreative problem-solving and a proactive results-focused attitudeAbility to collaborate with customer success and technical teams while also thriving when working independently HawaiiNice-to-Have (not essential)Previous experience selling to or working with advertising/agency partnersBackground in affiliate marketing or performance-based solutionsFamiliarity with martech/adtech ecosystemsFluency in a second European languageBasic HTML knowledgeThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth technology company and directly influence how leading online retailers maximise their website performance.
