Business Development Manager

Recognized as one of the Kingdom’s largest and most capable repair and service centers, SAECO provides integrated workshop and field services for rotating, static, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.</p><h3>Position Overview:</h3><p>Responsible for driving growth initiatives across multiple business units, with a strong focus on expanding the existing business lines, strategic partnerships, joint ventures with international companies, and new market opportunities.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for existing business line growth, new ventures and/or joint ventures with international partners.</li><li>Manage the full cycle of business development activities, from initial contact to deal structuring and closure.</li><li>Conduct preliminary and detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking in industrial, energy, and manufacturing sectors.</li><li>Prepare case studies to support investment decisions followed by feasibility studies, financial models,</li><li>Build persuasive business cases and present recommendations to the Executive Director and Executive Chairman.</li><li>Take charge of leads once initiated by the Executive Director, ensuring consistent follow-up and structured progression.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison with external partners, ensuring alignment between partner interests and cluster strategy.</li><li>Work closely with finance, operations, and legal teams to support due diligence and transaction execution.</li><li>Ensure alignment of new ventures with Rezayat Group’s broader industrial strategy and Vision 2030 objectives</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><h3>Education&Experience:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the industrial sector.</li></ul><h3>Technical Expertise:</h3><ul><li>Excellent skills in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and market research.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage complex projects independently while aligning with executive priorities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
