Job Description

Job Description As a Sales Manager - Power Quality at Hitachi Energy, you will be based in Bengaluru/Faridabad and responsible for securing orders for Power Quality/FACTS solutions in line with targets and planned strategy. Your roles and responsibilities include: - Support exceeding sales targets through high performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement a market-based strategy for short-/mid-term project bidding and long-term pipeline development - Build relationships with key external influencers to support new ventures and technical developments - Identify target customers and projects, ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, and create a clear sales strategy - Define key targets and ensure their achievement, drive growth in target industry segments, and activate market intelligence for best practices - Ensure Hitachi Energy's value proposition is well-communicated and support the development of international standards and regulations - Prioritize major accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and lead negotiations for large project contracts - Identify and manage risks, uphold safety and integrity values, and take responsibility for actions Qualifications required for this position: - Education: Minimum B.E. / B Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering - Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, expertise in Power Quality, Power Systems, and Technical Sales - Experience: 5 years in electrical engineering and 5 years in Power Quality Key competencies expected: - Deliver Results: Prioritize, Act, Achieve - Results orientation: Drive to exceed goals and improve business practices - Strategic orientation: Define own plan within larger strategy and contribute to strategy beyond own area - Collaborate: Listen, Value, Engage - Teamwork & collaboration: Actively demonstrate teamwork and facilitate collaboration - Innovate: Challenge, Create, Change - Intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness: Function well across cultures and act as a facilitator between cultures - Focus Externally: Customers, Partners, Markets - Customer & market orientation: Anticipate and address evolving customer and market needs and build close and sustainable customer relationships As a Sales Manager - Power Quality at Hitachi Energy, you will be based in Bengaluru/Faridabad and responsible for securing orders for Power Quality/FACTS solutions in line with targets and planned strategy.
