Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingOwning the end‑to‑end strategy for Revolut's co‑branded card programme, from partner identification and pipeline development to deal structuring and commercial closeTargeting the right segments to design card propositions that drive engagement, customer acquisition, and gross profitBuilding the commercial process from the ground up, including frameworks for partner evaluation, deal structure, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship managementTaking a rigorous approach to contract design, ensuring commercial terms are clearly structured, protect Revolut's interests, and set partnerships up for long‑term successDriving our New Bets product agenda as a secondary remit, developing new product concepts with partners already in the pipeline and helping bring them to marketCollaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Design teams to validate commercial potential, optimise performance, and accelerate go‑to‑marketLeading negotiations with external partners to unlock innovative propositions for millions of customersConducting deep dives into complex commercial and operational challenges, identifying root causes, and designing scalable solutionsWhat You'll NeedExperience in corporate development, consulting, BD, or a high‑growth startup or scale‑upA demonstrated ability to build, evaluate, and launch new business lines or products, ideally including card programmes, consumer financial products, or branded partnershipsGreat commercial instincts with a track record of structuring and closing complex dealsAn eye for contract detail to understand how commercial terms translate into real business outcomesSolid project management skills, with expertise in managing cross‑functional workstreams with speed and structureA blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, and to be comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zeroFluency in EnglishExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsNatural curiosity, drive, and a bias for impactBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
