Nasoft is hiring a Business Development Manager for one of our client in Riyadh that specialized in Digital Marketing and advertising Services.ResponsibilitiesSet sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as neededAssess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement themDevelop individual quotas and assign territories for team membersProvide detailed and accurate sales forecastsCoach, mentor, and provide feedback to team membersFoster a competitive yet collaborative team environmentAssess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as neededMeeting with clients virtually or during sales visitsRecruit, hire, and train sales teamDemonstrate and present productsEstablishing new businessMaintaining accurate recordsAttending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetingsReviewing sales performanceNegotiating contracts and packagesWorking towards monthly or annual targetsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, accounting, business administration, or a related field.+10 years is the minimum experience,Prior sales experience in Marketing Agencies or Advertising servicesProficiency in EnglishKnowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentationKnowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantageDeep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tacticsFaster learning ability and passion for salesSelf-motivated professional with a result-oriented approachGood presentation SkillsEffective Communication SkillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsSuperb leadership abilityAbility to relocate to RiyadhBenefits and Working ConditionsWorking Days : 5 days / week ( 2 days off )Working hours : 8hSocial and medical Insurance provided3% commission + fixed salaryjob type : onsitejob location : Riyadh - Saudi Arabia#J-18808-Ljbffr
