We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Turkey.This role requires extensive travel across the region for in-person meetings, as well as regular phone and virtual follow-ups with key decision-makers in the energy industry. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-energy team, where top performers are highly rewarded.Key Responsibilities:Develop strategic key accounts while securing new business opportunities in Middle EastOversee licensing and local entity establishment in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai.Conduct client meetings with confidence, presenting EnergyEdge training solutions and preparing tailored sales proposals.Identify emerging learning & development trends, leveraging insights to enhance client and team performance.Maintain high levels of sales productivity through cold calling, CRM activity tracking, client meetings, and consistent achievement of quarterly sales targets.Requirements:Experience in customer support/success, business development, or sales.Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong ability to lead in client interactions and business negotiations with confidence.Prior exposure in the training and skills development industry will be an added advantageFluent in Arabic & English (written and verbal).Projected Work Schedule:Quarterly business trips (4-5 days per trip) for face-to-face meetings.Virtual meetings (2-4 per week) during non-travel periodsTools & Support:Access to Microsoft Teams, Zoom phone and laptop will be providedReady to Take the Lead?If you are eager to make an impact and drive business success with EnergyEdge, apply today!We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified#J-18808-Ljbffr
