A leading precision machining and metal fabrication company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Oil & Gas, Defense, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.The OpportunityYou will spearhead new business acquisition and key account growth for a fully equipped machine shop offering CNC machining, metal fabrication, and precision-engineered components.What You'll DoDevelop and execute sales and BD strategies for CNC machining and fabrication servicesBuild and manage a strong pipeline with EPCs, OEMs, and end usersIdentify opportunities in Oil & Gas, Defense, Power, Petrochemical, and MarinePrepare and present technical–commercial proposals and quotationsWork closely with workshop/production teams to align capacity with client demandMaintain and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnershipsIdeal Profile5–10 years of Business Development / Sales experience in precision machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturingStrong network with EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients in the UAE/GCCSolid understanding of CNC machining, metal fabrication, materials (ferrous & non‑ferrous), and engineered componentsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsUAE experience is highly preferredIf you are a results-driven BDM with a passion for precision engineering and industrial solutions, we would like to speak with you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
