Job Description
A leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their Manpower Division. This role is crucial in driving growth and establishing strong partnerships with clients who require top-tier manpower solutions. The Business Development Manager will focus on strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the client base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the manpower division.Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and presenting tailored solutions.Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.Collaborate efficiently with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Oversee and mentor junior business development staff within the division.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the manpower or recruitment industry.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing business strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding team members.Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Willingness to travel as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
