Job DescriptionRoyal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high‑profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source subcontractors and third‑party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across various projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated, qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in fit‑out and joinery projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and tenders, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to secure projects in line with company targets and capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractorsLead project sourcing, negotiations, and deal closuresCoordinate with design, estimation, and project teamsMonitor market trends and upcoming projectsLocation: ICAD 1 Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.Job Requirements4+ years of UAE experience in joinery & fit‑out business developmentStrong industry network and sales track recordExcellent communication and negotiation skillsUAE driving license preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
