Our AI-enabled media monitoring and analytics solutions cover a wide spectrum of channels and languages, empowering clients to stay ahead in an ever-evolving market.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of IT software development, specialising in Government IT Projects, to spearhead CARMA Media Insights' expansion in this critical sector throughout the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing company sales by securing new government projects and expanding business opportunities.The role involves identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with government entities throughout the UAE, leveraging strong knowledge of government IT initiatives and public‑sector procurement processes.Role & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new sales opportunities with UAE government and semi‑government entitiesRepresent and promote CARMA Media Insights' software development, system integration, and IT outsourcing servicesLeverage the company's existing project portfolio and government experience to win new contractsBuild and maintain strong relationships with government decision‑makers, procurement teams, and key stakeholdersManage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, solution presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closureWork closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and scope definitionTrack government tenders, RFPs, and RFQs, and lead the response and submission processConsistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectivesRequirementsProven experience in IT sales or business developmentStrong experience dealing with UAE government entitiesSolid understanding of software development projects, government systems, and IT outsourcing modelsProven ability to secure government contracts and long-term projectsExcellent communication in both English as wel as Arabic, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsExisting government network in the UAE is a strong advantageKnowledge of UAE government procurement and tendering processesAbility to convert technical solutions into clear business valueStrategic, results-driven, and growth-oriented mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
