You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of exhibitions and events to meet and exceed client expectations.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events sector.Business Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Business Development: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.Business Development: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.Client Acquisition and Retention: Collaborate with clients to understand their exhibition and event requirements.Client Acquisition and Retention: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.Client Acquisition and Retention: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.Client Acquisition and Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of exhibitions and events.Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.Project Management: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during project implementation.Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build a strong network.Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.Networking and Industry Engagement: Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices.QualificationsQualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree or any related course; Candidate should be from engineering or project management backgroundExperience: 5 & more years exp. Events - Exhibition and Interior industries in UAE.Capabilities: Strong understanding of the exhibition and events industry, including trends, key players, and market dynamics.Extensive experience in the Exhibition & events industry is a must.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsUAE Driving License is necessary.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.Any Nationally Can Apply.Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
