We Wrap × Lux Renov8 | Dubai, UAE (On-Site)Company OverviewWe Wrap delivers premium architectural wrapping and surface transformation solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.Lux Renov8 provides design-led renovation and fit-out services, executing value-driven upgrades across villas, apartments, retail, and commercial spaces.Both brands operate at the intersection of real estate, design, and asset enhancement, serving developers, brokers, holiday home operators, interior designers, and corporate property owners across the UAE.A significant portion of our client base includes international and European property investors and owners.We are scaling our B2B partnerships aggressively and are looking for a commercially sharp, opportunity-driven Business Development Manager.Role ObjectiveDrive revenue growth by identifying, structuring, and closing high-value B2B partnerships across the Dubai property ecosystem.This is not a passive account management role.We are looking for a commercial hunter who can:Identify overlooked opportunitiesBuild decision‑maker accessStructure win‑win commercial agreementsClose and activate partnershipsCore Target Sectors1. Real Estate CompaniesBrokerage networks (off‑plan and secondary)Leasing departmentsProperty management divisionsInvestor‑focused agenciesObjective: Embed We Wrap & Lux Renov8 as preferred renovation and value‑enhancement partners.2. Holiday Home OperatorsShort‑term rental companiesAirbnb management firmsPortfolio operators managing 20–500+ unitsObjective: Deliver fast‑turnaround upgrade solutions that increase rental yield and occupancy.3. Interior Design FirmsBoutique studiosMid‑size design consultanciesTurnkey design‑build firmsObjective: Position We Wrap as a strategic execution partner for surface solutions.4.
