Position is in resident status, offers exceptional career opportunities and an attractive tax-free salary package.Key activities will include:Achieve commercial, prequalification and development efforts according to the company's strategyTake full responsibility of proposals preparation, delivery, negotiation and closingUnderstand the RfPs from the commercial and from the technical point of view, coordinate all internal interfaces with the headquarters and with other entities of the company, coordinate all external interfaces with sub-contractors and partnersManage the relations with the client, ensuring full compliance with the sales processes, defining the competitive price, ensuring timely delivery of the offer, following-up during bid evaluation periods and negotiating with the client until final awardFollow up the satisfaction of the client during the contract execution. He/she will be in charge of consolidating the relationship with existing clients and grow the business with themDevelop new clients in accordance with the strategy and the prospection plan defined for the GCC RegionResponsibilities:Carry out full market prospection (clients, suppliers, competitors and products)Get updated information related to the proposals, clients, organization and entitiesGenerate, develop and maintain commercial links, both with clients and suppliersParticipate in the elaboration of commercial policies, budget, prices, agreementsAnalyze the financial viability of the projectsProvide the most appropriate technical and economic solutions for the project’s interestDefend commercial prEnglish - Fluent / ExcellentArabic - Fluent / ExcellentOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyQualifications:Bachelor in Engineering5 years of sales / proposals / business development in the energy, power and/or gas sector in the Middle EastStrong negotiation skillsAble to listen to, and to understand client’s needs; an ability to articulate these needs into a service offeringAn analytical and synthetic spiritAutonomous and solution-oriented; yet a team playerStrong communication skills, evident at all levelsFluent in English.
