<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for Industrial Networking, Automation and Data Communication Solutions.</p><h3>Duties/Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead Generation&Business Development:</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in the Al Khobar.</li><li>Generate leads through a variety of channels including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.</li><li>Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.</li><li>Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and identify new revenue opportunities.</li><li>Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.</li><li>Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.</li><li>Gulf travel will be required as a part of the profile.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills/Abilities</h3><ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent Network and Relation in KSA in the Oil and Gas, Utility and Manufacturing Sector.</li></ul><h3>Education And Experience</h3><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, or related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automation, engineering, or technology industry.</li><li>Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals in the KSA market.</li><li>Deep understanding of automation solutions, technologies, and industry trends.</li><li>Familiarity with the UAE’s industrial sectors, such as Energy, Oil and Gas, manufacturing.</li><li>Arabic speaker will be an advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
