We partner with universities, education organizations, and student housing owner-operators to elevate the student living experience through technology and long-term, trusted relationships.About the RoleBased in Europe with regular regional travel, this is a senior, high-impact leadership role focused on expanding and strengthening Amber’s B2B partnerships across Middle East.Role OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our partner network across Nigeria. You will be the face of Amber, building strong relationships with study abroad consultants, education agents, and international recruitment partners.Your goal will be to drive sustainable revenue growth by strengthening partnerships and converting student leads into successful bookings.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard and activate new study abroad consultants and education agents across NigeriaBuild and maintain strong relationships with overseas education partnersGenerate student leads and convert them into accommodation bookingsRepresent Amber at education fairs, university events, and pre-departure briefingsConduct regular partner visits and territory planningTrack performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly targetsMaintain accurate reporting through CRM toolsRequirements & SkillsWillingness to travel within Nigeria for partner meetings and eventsStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsAbility to engage with business owners, consultants, and senior stakeholdersExperience managing sales funnels and lead conversionField sales mindset with structured day planningFamiliarity with CRM tools and MS OfficeKnowledge of the Nigerian overseas education market is a strong advantageExcellent communication skillsWhat You’ll Get at AmberFast-track career growth in a global companyOwnership and autonomy in your territoryPerformance-driven incentivesOpen, inclusive, and high-energy work cultureOpportunity to work at the intersection of global education and student mobility#J-18808-Ljbffr
