Location: Remote in EU or Dubai UAEContract Type: FulltimeCompensation: Base salary commissionAbout the RoleWere looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing international team. This role is about more than just sales its about building genuine partnerships identifying opportunity in complexity and helping organizations find real value through peoplecentered solutions.As part of the team youll work remotely across the EU region developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. Youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and contribute to the strategic direction of business development efforts.
