This role requires a strong network within the financial ecosystem, a deep understanding of<b>B2B sales</b>, and the ability to<b>drive revenue growth</b>through strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will be a proactive dealmaker with experience in financial services, SaaS, or fintech partnerships, and must be an Arabic speaker.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p><b>Market Expansion:</b>Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions in the KSA.</p></li><li><p><b>Partner Development:</b>Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term strategic partnerships.</p></li><li><p><b>Sales&Revenue Growth:</b>Develop and execute business development strategies that contribute to ClearGrid’s growth targets.</p></li><li><p><b>Regulatory&Compliance Alignment:</b>Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships comply with regulatory requirements in both KSA.</p></li><li><p><b>Negotiation&Contracting:</b>Lead deal negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and drive favorable outcomes for ClearGrid.</p></li><li><p><b>Industry Positioning:</b>Represent ClearGrid at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership.</p></li><li><p><b>Market Research&Insights:</b>Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine ClearGrid’s go-to-market strategy.</p></li><li><p><b>Collaboration:</b>Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners.</p></li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b><b>5+ years</b>in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, banking, collections or SaaS.</p></li><li><p><b>Market Knowledge:</b>Strong understanding of the financial sector, B2B partnerships, and regulatory landscapes in KSA.</p></li><li><p><b>Sales Acumen:</b>Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth in financial services or fintech.</p></li><li><p><b>Negotiation&Communication:</b>Strong ability to structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.</p></li><li><p><b>Networking:</b>Well-connected within the banking and fintech ecosystem in UAE and KSA.</p></li><li><p><b>Tech‑Savvy:</b>Familiarity with AI-driven financial products, digital platforms, and SaaS sales models.</p></li><li><p><b>Language:</b>Fluent in<b>Arabic and English</b>.</p></li><li><p><b>Education:</b>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).</p></li></ul><h3>Why Join ClearGrid?</h3><p><b>Real ownership</b>: You’ll play a central role in building products that redefine how collections work in the future.</p><p><b>Massive industry impact</b>: This is one of those rare spaces where almost everything is still to be built.</p><p><b>High-growth team</b>: We’re scaling fast, and the systems, tools, and processes you help create will shape our foundation.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
