Job Description

BlockDelta is currently partnering with a (Dubai based) Web3 project that is building next-generation decentralized infrastructure. As the company continues to scale its innovative operations they are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager. This role is responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities building strategic partnerships and expanding their presence with institutional enterprise and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Web3 business models and a proven ability to turn technical products into compelling commercial propositions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive new business development initiatives across DeFi wallet and Layer 1 blockchain productsIdentify qualify and close strategic partnerships with protocols exchanges infrastructure providers and institutional clientsBuild and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation through deal executionDevelop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing and leadership teamsRepresent the company at industry events conferences and ecosystem gatheringsMaintain deep market intelligence on competitors trends and emerging opportunitiesNegotiate commercial terms partnerships and long-term strategic agreementsProvide feedback to product teams based on market and partner insightsRequirements4 years experience in business development partnerships or sales within Web3 crypto or fintechDirect experience in at least one of the following: DeFi protocols or platforms crypto wallets (custodial or non-custodial) layer 1 blockchain ecosystems or infrastructureStrong understanding of blockchain fundamentals token economics and Web3 market dynamicsProven track record of closing high-value partnerships or enterprise dealsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-moving high-growth environmentNice to HaveExisting network across DeFi infrastructure providers or blockchain foundationsExperience working with developers protocol teams or technical stakeholdersExposure to institutional crypto Web3 SaaS or infrastructure salesIf you possess the required qualifications experience drive and ambition Please forward your CV using the link provided.For additional information about open vacancies and events we are attending please feel free to follow our LinkedIn Page.
