You will have access to:</p><ul><li>Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.</li><li>A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.</li><li>A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for, as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.</li></ul><h3><b>In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business</b>, we are advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation—helping people restore their health and get on with their lives.</h3><h3><b>The Opportunity</b></h3><p>Abbott is recruiting a<b>Business Development Manager - Electrophysiology, Emerging Markets</b>.</p><p>This role, based within the<b>Emerging Markets (EM) region</b>, will drive strategic growth, market expansion, and commercialization of Abbott’s EP portfolio, with a strong focus on<b>PFA solutions, capital equipment, and new technology launches</b>across MEA, CEE, Central Asia, the Balkans, Baltics, Russia, and the Levant.</p><h3><b>What You’ll Work On</b></h3><p><b>Growth Strategy&Market Expansion</b></p><ul><li>Identify priority countries, growth segments, and key product opportunities across EP (mapping systems, ablation, diagnostic catheters, accessories).</li><li>Develop and execute regional business development strategies across Emerging Markets.</li><li>Own the EM Conversion Accounts program, including account segmentation, KPIs, playbooks, and execution with country teams.</li><li>Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Capital, Finance, and Education teams.</li></ul><p><b>New Technology&PFA Launch Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Abbott PFA solution launches across EM.</li><li>Deliver product training, demonstrations, and value‑based positioning with customers.</li><li>Act as the central EM coordinator for PFA and the EM point of contact for the LAAO EMEA Leader.</li><li>Track account readiness, optimize timelines, and lead LMR and FMR processes.</li><li>Own EM brand strategy for Abbott PFA solutions, tailored to local market needs and compliance.</li></ul><p><b>Market Insights, Pricing&Capital Equipment</b></p><ul><li>Own market models and inputs for LBE and Strategic Planning cycles.</li><li>Analyze market trends, reimbursement frameworks, and competitive dynamics.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
