Job Location - Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryThe Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new businesses and diversifying revenue streams, developing strategic relationships, and leveraging financial modeling to support business decisions. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and experience in financial analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and Develop Business OpportunitiesResearch and identify potential businesses to diversify revenue streams.Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and business partnerships.Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed of industry trends.Market EntryAnalyze new markets for potential entry, develop market entry strategies, and oversee the execution of these plans to establish a strong market presence.Financial Modeling and AnalysisDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making.Based on analysis of potential markets, he/she shall identify and secure business development opportunities.Analyze financial data to assess the viability of business opportunities and projects.Assist Business Development team in preparing plan and strategies to promote company’s Vision / Goals.Strategy ExecutionExecute and nurture corporate business strategies.Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations.Identify and leverage opportunities across different business units to maximize synergy and enhance overall business performance.Develop and maintain Investor relationships to understand the mandates to tailor any solutions for existing or future businesses.Drive Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and diversify them.Build and Maintain RelationshipsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Qualifications10- 15 Years of Experience in Business DevelopmentMBA with bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldStrong understanding of business plans, financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.Strong negotiation skills and decision-making and leadership skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in financial modeling software, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Focused and goal-orientedWhy Join Alfanar ProjectsSince 1976, we’ve grown and diversified our business to meet the evolving needs of a changing world.
