Delivered with Accountability.”RoleWe are looking for a Saudi female Business Development Manager who brings relationship capital and commercial discipline to the Kingdom's industrial market. This is a cross‑division mandate — you represent the full AIM portfolio: Industrial Services, Trading, and IT — with no divisional boundaries. Your clients are decision‑makers in Procurement & Contracts at the Kingdom's largest Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Steel companies.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Steel sectors in KSA.Register AIM as an approved vendor with major industrial clients across the Kingdom.Track upcoming projects, tenders, shutdowns, and turnarounds — position AIM ahead of procurement cycles.Build direct relationships with Procurement & Contracts departments at major industrial clients.Lead the full sales process — proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing.Maintain long‑term strategic relationships for repeat business across all divisions.Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare pipeline reports and management updates.Why AIMWork directly with a founding team with 25+ years of on‑the‑ground KSA industrial experience.Build your own team — your relationships and network are the foundation.No divisional ceiling — you represent everything AIM offers.Based in Jubail — in the same city where our clients operate.SkillsBusiness Development and Sales in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Industrial sectors in KSA.Vendor registration and approved vendor management (ARAMCO, SABIC, ADNOC).Procurement & Contracts relationship management.Proposal writing and contract negotiation.Cross‑division portfolio selling.CRM tools — Salesforce or HubSpot.MS Office — Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent Arabic and English — written and spoken.Pipeline management and sales forecasting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
