With high emotional intelligence and a knack for finding opportunities to offer solutions, you're curious about businesses and the challenges they face. You're a results-driven individual who meets and exceeds sales targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiencies by using Qashio.Actively seek out prospective customers using different channels and outbound strategies.Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.Package Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments, or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers.Understand customer’s challenges and pain points to present and promote Qashio as the best solution.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.Utilize our CRM system to manage and track sales activities and progress.Qualifications and Experience3+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS, Fintech, or a startup.Extremely proactive.Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges.Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting.A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.Excellent proficiency in communication and written English; Arabic would be a plus.Locations: Abu DhabiAbout QashioThe UAE's number one expense management fintech, now serving 2000+ businesses across 22 countries.#J-18808-Ljbffr
