The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with property owners and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure partnerships with individual property owners, real estate developers, and institutional landlords.Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence across the UAE and GCC.Manage the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and product for seamless onboarding.Maintain an active pipeline, track metrics, and report on business performance.Represent Silkhaus at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.Requirements4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (real estate or proptech preferred)Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsIn‑depth knowledge of the UAE real estate landscapeExperience working in a startup or high‑growth environment is a plusGreat communicator, Arabic is an advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive health insuranceMulticultural, bold, and inspiring work environmentProfessional and personal growth opportunitiesPotential for international expansion and cross‑market exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
