Our next big challenge is to build a network of schools, supported by top teachers and driven by technology and innovation, to positively impact even more lives.</p><h3>Why work at Noon?</h3><ul><li>The opportunity to have a real impact on millions of students.</li><li>A strong leadership and engineering team to learn from.</li><li>A solid runway: we recently closed our Series B and have substantial recurring revenue.</li></ul><h3>About The Role</h3><p>As Business Development Lead, you will own teacher acquisition, revenue delivery, and team execution in Egypt.</p><h3>You Are Both</h3><ul><li>A player — closing the biggest and most complex teacher partnerships.</li><li>A system builder&coach — designing the sales process, managing the pipeline, and enabling BD Associates to perform at scale.</li></ul><p>You will manage BD Associates, own the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), and ensure the entire team operates with clarity, discipline, and predictability.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><p>Prior CRM experience is strongly preferred.</p><ul><li>Revenue&Pipeline Ownership</li><li>Own the end-to-end teacher revenue pipeline:</li><li>Prospect>Qualified>Closed>Active>Retained>Upsold.</li><li>Personally close high-value / strategic teachers.</li><li>Support Associates in closing medium deals and unblock stalled opportunities.</li><li>Deliver accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.</li><li>CRM&Sales System Ownership</li><li>Own and operate the CRM system (HubSpot preferred).</li><li>Design and enforce:</li><li>Pipeline stages and definitions.</li><li>Lead qualification rules.</li><li>Deal ownership and handoff logic.</li><li>Forecasting logic and reporting cadence.</li><li>Ensure 100% pipeline visibility and data hygiene.</li><li>Build dashboards and sheets to track:</li><ul><li>Revenue</li><li>Adoption</li><li>Associate performance</li><li>Conversion rates</li></ul></ul><p>If not present, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to research HubSpot and design a complete sales workflow independently.</p><h3>Reporting&Cross-Functional Leadership</h3><p>You’ll thrive if you have</p><ul><li>Team Leadership&Coaching</li><li>Lead, coach, and performance-manage BD Associates.</li><li>Set activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.</li><li>Shadow calls, review deals, and give structured feedback.</li><li>Decide when Associates:</li><ul><li>Close independently</li><li>Escalate to Lead</li></ul><li>Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and student-first thinking.</li><li>Adoption, Retention&Upsell</li><li>Ensure teachers:</li><ul><li>Successfully onboard digitally.</li><li>Activate their students on the platform.</li></ul><li>Collaborate with Marketing to:</li><ul><li>Drive Legends League adoption.</li><li>Identify teachers ready for hybrid upsell.</li><li>Own retention metrics and expansion revenue.</li><li>Produce weekly leadership reports on:</li><ul><li>Revenue</li><li>Adoption</li><li>Funnel health</li><li>Risks</li></ul><li>Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product.</li><li>Translate insights from the field into improvements across teams.</li><li>4–8+ years in BD / Sales / Partnerships.</li><li>Experience managing pipelines, teams, and revenue targets.</li><li>Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) — or the ability to self-learn fast.</li><li>Excellent Arabic (Egyptian) and strong English.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong Sheets/Excel skills.</li><li>Deep belief in education, impact, and digital transformation.</li></ul><h3>KPIs</h3><ul><li>Quarterly revenue target achievement.</li><li>Forecast accuracy ≥ 95%.</li><li>≥80% teacher retention.</li><li>Legends League conversion rate.</li><li>≥90% Associates hitting targets.</li><li>CRM completeness&hygiene ≥ 95%.</li></ul></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
