Job Description As a Sales Manager for our client, a global leader in motion control, conveying technologies, and engineered industrial solutions, your role will involve leading growth in high-potential SEA markets and driving sales in the global Food & Beverage equipment sector. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth across the SEA region and consistently achieve annual sales targets. - Develop and expand channel partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and integrators for capital equipment sales. - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage sector. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted commercial and technical advisor. - Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to support deal closure. - Analyse customer accounts and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. - Maintain accurate sales pipelines and data updates in Salesforce CRM. - Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to support customer needs and drive initiatives. - Monitor competitor activity and market movements to refine sales tactics and drive competitive displacement. - Manage the full sales funnel - from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring forecast accuracy. Qualifications Required: - 5-12 years of experience in international B2B sales, with strong exposure to the Food & Beverage industry and capital equipment/industrial solutions. - Proven channel sales experience, managing distributors, OEMs, and integrators. - Demonstrated experience selling into SEA markets - preferably Singapore, Vietnam, and broader APAC. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Engineering + Business preferred). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs; strong analytical and commercial acumen. - Skilled in identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships, and driving competitive displacement. - Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi fluency preferred for India-based candidates. - Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%). - Energetic, proactive, well-organised, and a strong team collaborator.
