Business Development Lead – KSAStrategic Growth Role | Architecture, Engineering & Consultancy (AEC) SectorOur Nicholas Howard MENA office is excited to be working with an internationally respected consultancy in recruiting an experienced Business Development Lead to drive market growth across Saudi Arabia.This is a high-impact strategic role focused on expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and securing major opportunities across the Architecture, Engineering and Consultancy (AEC) sector.Based in Riyadh, the position works closely with senior leadership and technical teams to position the organisation for major projects and long-term growth across the Emirate.The OpportunityYou will play a key role in identifying and converting strategic opportunities, building strong relationships with influential stakeholders, and helping shape the organisation’s commercial strategy in one of the region’s most dynamic markets.The role requires a commercially astute, relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of the KSA development landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new project opportunities across KSABuild and maintain relationships with government entities, master developers, asset owners and private sector clientsDevelop and leverage a strong network of industry influencers and decision-makersProvide market intelligence and sector insights to inform strategic growth decisionsSupport bid positioning, pursuit strategies and proposal developmentLead client presentations and engagement initiativesIdentify new partnership and collaboration opportunities within the AEC ecosystemWork closely with leadership to strengthen the firm’s market presence and brand visibilityAbout YouThe successful candidate will bring:A strong network across the KSA development and AEC ecosystemExperience engaging with government, semi-government and major developersA proven track record in business development, client engagement and opportunity conversionStrong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environmentsIf you would like to discuss this opportunity in confidence, please get in touch with Nick Bone on nich.bone@nicholashoward.co.uk , or simply hit apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
